Programs
Cardio Kickboxing: A high tempo exercise class that combines resistance training and aerobics with a specific emphasis on kickboxing techniques and bag striking. This class increases strength, flexibility and overall fitness levels. Appropriate for all experience and fitness levels, each student will enhance their ability to burn calories as they progress through the class led by high energy instructors.
Boot Camp: A high tempo exercise class that combines classic aerobics, some kickboxing and resistance training with a specific emphasis on training the whole body. A wide variety of training methods are used including free weights, bands and medicine balls, which are incorporated into a high intensity aerobics class. Also appropriate for all experience and fitness levels.
O'Connell eXtreme Fitness: The ultimate in body transformation classes, oXf offers an intense and fun way to get into shape. The ten week sessions incorporate flexibility, nutrition, kickboxing, and resistance bands, making for a great workout that totally transforms your physique.
Each participant in the oXf class receives:
- A personal coach to keep you on track and to answer any of your health questions.
- An in-depth nutrition guide
- Boxing gloves and wrist straps
